Who We Are
We create beautiful buildings to reconnect people to nature, create urban community and make a positive impact on the earth.
SolTerra began in 2008 as UseYourRoof.com, putting plants and solar on city rooftops. Since then the team has played every role in the building process, from subcontractor and general contractor to architect and developer, and has delivered apartment buildings, offices, retail and the Cascada thermal springs and hotels across Seattle, Portland and Bend.
