About Brooklyn Yard
In brief: A 46-unit building in Portland's Brooklyn neighborhood built around a vegetated courtyard, with river and mountain views and solar awnings.
The heart of Brooklyn Yard is a large ground-level courtyard and upper decks, laced with vegetation, planters and trellises climbing the façade. The building has views of the river, downtown and the surrounding mountain ranges, and is a short walk to the Springwater Corridor and Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge.
