Hillside

About Hillside

In brief: A concept that continues its natural hillside, inspired by terraced rice paddies, with VeraWall living walls and rooftop retail.

Hillside was designed to continue the natural hillside on which it would be perched. Hillside makes extensive use of our VeraWall technology and has a retail space situated on the green roof top. The project drew inspiration from the winding rice paddies that line many ridges in eastern Asia and cascade down the hillside. On the opposite side of Hillside is a modern and timeless brick façade that responds to the surrounding architecture, with small elements of greenery bursting through. Hillside continues our dedication to small, community-oriented retail spaces integrated into the entry foyer, with a ground-floor food court and mezzanine meeting space surrounding the retail.
