About Cove

In brief: A 60-unit building on Capitol Hill, Seattle, inspired by the waves of Puget Sound, with a rippling metal-fin façade and a green roof awning.

Inspired by the subtle waves of the Puget Sound, Cove integrates an artistic façade into Seattle's most bustling and artistic neighborhood, Capitol Hill. Metal fins create unique shadows to enhance the ripple effect of the façade, which is framed by a green roof awning. Cove is within walking distance of downtown and in the heart of Seattle's vibrant nightlife.
