Mossa

About Mossa

In brief: A concept inspired by Japanese architecture and landscape design, with a maple and rock-garden courtyard and the world's first Japanese moss museum.

Inspired by the beauty of Japanese architecture and landscape design, Mossa incorporates green roof and living wall technology in a way that has never been done before. Visitors are greeted by an open-air entry laced with micro retail. As they continue inward, they reach a courtyard featuring a large Japanese maple and rock garden, with vines growing up through a courtyard that allows cross ventilation of units. A stair continues the journey down underground to the world's first Japanese moss museum, Club Moss restaurant, and Phyte Club, an amenity space reserved just for residents of the building.
